StarPerformancePro retains all intellectual property rights to the software, dashboards, and underlying technology. The platform's brand color (#0052CC) and visual identity are proprietary.
You retain ownership of your employee performance data. By using the platform, you grant StarPerformancePro a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
The platform provides tools for data-driven talent development. It does not constitute legal or HR advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, StarPerformancePro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including decisions made based on KPI dashboards or skill gap analyses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne.
